Terms of Service

1. Service Licensing and Code Ownership

Code structures, Python files, and configurations created under custom engineering consulting contracts represent proprietary deliverables. Upon final payment, full ownership and licensing rights to these source repositories are transferred to the client.

2. Sandbox Boundaries and Indemnification

The client is solely responsible for verifying schema mappings and configuring query sandbox limits (such as database column masking and connection pools). Altimet AI is not liable for data leakage resulting from database credentials configuration errors.

3. Acceptable Use of AI Systems

The client agrees not to utilize Altimet AI product suites or custom solutions to generate malicious files, circumvent legal boundaries, or violate federal or state regulations.
